Autumn Fair 2025 – Where Culture and Commerce Converge

From October 25 to November 4, 2025, the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh, Hanoi, will host Autumn Fair 2025, marking the first national-scale trade fair in Vietnam to be directly initiated and guided by the Prime Minister.

The event holds strategic significance in stimulating domestic consumption, strengthening the internal market, promoting import-export activities, and showcasing Vietnam’s cultural and tourism potential. Designed to connect people, businesses, and industries, Autumn Fair 2025 is expected to become a new driving force for economic growth and an important milestone in Vietnam’s international integration journey.

Record-Breaking Scale – National Significance

Spanning an exhibition area of approximately 130,000 square meters, the fair will bring together more than 2,500 enterprises, including around 100 international companies from various regions worldwide. A total of 3,000 exhibition booths and over 10,000 products will be showcased and traded throughout the ten-day event.

This is expected to be the largest trade fair ever held in Vietnam in terms of scale, product diversity, and modern exhibition infrastructure. Participating products are required to meet export standards and quality certifications, including recognition under prestigious programs such as Vietnam Value and High-Quality Vietnamese Products.

Visitors and businesses will also enjoy a wide range of promotional activities, including discounts of up to 100% and millions of vouchers offered by leading domestic and international brands.

The Essence of Vietnamese Culture – Where Culture Meets Commerce

One of the highlights of Autumn Fair 2025 is the “Essence of Vietnamese Culture” exhibition zone, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. This large-scale showcase will feature seven key cultural industries:

Software & Gaming

eSports tournaments, new game experiences, community engagement activities, and business networking opportunities.

Publishing

A dedicated “Book Festival” promoting reading culture through author-reader exchanges, book cafés, and literary activities.

Cinema

Film screenings, interactions with filmmakers, movie merchandise exhibitions, and immersive themed spaces inspired by Vietnamese cinema.

Performing Arts

Artist meet-and-greet sessions, traditional cultural performances, and exhibitions of products associated with the performing arts sector.

Sports

Martial arts demonstrations, sports dance performances, and exhibitions of sporting equipment and products.

Fine Arts, Fashion & Handicrafts

Trade and exhibition activities featuring paintings, sculptures, ceramics, fashion designs, and handcrafted products.

Tourism

Tourism promotion booths from provinces, travel agencies, hotels, and resorts, offering exclusive travel packages and special promotional programs.

More than a cultural showcase, this area serves as a platform connecting creative industries with market opportunities, contributing to the development and international recognition of Vietnam’s cultural economy.

The Spirit of Hanoi’s Autumn

As the host city, Hanoi will introduce a dedicated exhibition space titled “The Essence of Hanoi Autumn.” Designed around golden autumn tones, the area draws inspiration from iconic images of Hanoi, including yellow chrysanthemums, autumn foliage, and sunlit streets.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore and purchase OCOP-certified products, traditional handicrafts, village specialty products, and innovative high-tech goods, including many products making their public debut at the fair.

A Diverse Program of Cultural and Artistic Activities

Beyond trade and business opportunities, Autumn Fair 2025 will also serve as a major cultural and entertainment festival. Throughout the event, visitors can enjoy a rich lineup of performances, fashion showcases, sporting activities, culinary experiences, business forums, talk shows, and trade promotion conferences.

The official Opening Ceremony will take place at 8:00 PM on October 25, 2025, and will be broadcast live on VTV1. The ceremony is expected to feature a spectacular artistic program with renowned performers and artists representing Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam.

Strategic Impact and Long-Term Vision

Autumn Fair 2025 is more than a commercial event; it represents a strategic national initiative aimed at:

  • Stimulating domestic consumption and economic growth.
  • Expanding international trade and investment opportunities.
  • Strengthening Vietnam’s position as a dynamic center for commerce, tourism, and culture in Southeast Asia.
  • Connecting cultural values with economic development and promoting Vietnam’s identity on the global stage.

The fair is expected to attract an average of 500,000 visitors per day, making it one of the largest and most influential events of 2025. It is also envisioned as the foundation for a future annual series of seasonal fairs: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

Connecting Today – Creating Tomorrow

With direct guidance from the Prime Minister and the coordinated support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People’s Committee, and numerous governmental agencies, Autumn Fair 2025 is expected to become a symbol of creativity, connectivity, and international integration.

Bringing together culture, people, and commerce in a single destination, the event reflects Vietnam’s aspirations for sustainable growth, prosperity, and a stronger presence on the global stage.
